NDC EXECUTIVES IN UPPER EAST DECLARE SUPPORT FOR MILLS April 15, 2011 BY P. ATOGEWE WEDAM ISD-BOLGATANGA MUNICIPAL The regional party executives and constituency executives from all 13 constituencies of the ruling National Democratic Congress [NDC] in the Upper East region have declared their unflinching support for President John Evans Atta Mills as the best candidate to lead the party to lead to victory in the 2012 general elections. The party executives made the declaration during an expanded executive meeting held at Bolgatanga to appraise the president’s recent duty tour of the region during which he cut sod for the commencement of several projects.
