PREZ NANA ADDO COMMENDED FOR DEVOLVING PRESIDENTIAL POWERS 29th Sept., 2019

Ghana’s President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has received special commendation from the Information Minister, Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah for his unrelenting resolve and willingness to devolve powers vested in him by the country’s 1992 Constitution, regarding the appointment of Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs).   Information Minister, Hon. COMPUTERS AND ACCESSORIES INSTALLED FOR SCHOOLS IN KNM 24th Sept., 2019

William Aduum on 10 th September, 2019, some three Junior High Schools [JHS] in the Municipality have received 30 desktop computers and their accessories including scanners, printers and Uninterrupted Power Supply [UPS] units to guard the against power surges during times of usage. The recipient schools included the Pungyoro Junior High School, Doba Junior High School and the Gayingo JHS. Each school got 10 sets of the computers, 10 UPS units to match, a printer each, a scanner and a projector.  Hon. In the music cycles of the Upper East Region, one cannot ask every group of five people and at least, three of them would not recognise, the popular Gurune cum English rapper, Tilakou. Since he started music professionally in 2013 under a different name he has since rebranded as only Tilakou, he has refused to understand the meaning of the four-letter word “quit”. BONGO DISTRICT PRESENTS 2020 BUDGET TO STAKEHOLDERS FOR INPUTS 12th September, 2019

The Bongo District in the Upper East Region took its turn today in presenting its 2020 composite budget in a series of regional budget hearings being presided over by a combined team made up of the Upper East Regional Budget Analyst Chief Mustapha Badimsugru Adam and his deputy, Mr. Inusah Suraj from the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development and Madam Debora Ehsun, a representative from the Ministry of Finance.
