Minister for Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation ( MESTI) Dr. Kwaku Afriyie (MP) has inaugurated the governing board of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NRA) today ,Wednesday, 12th October 2022. The seven (7) member board comprising five (5) males and two (2) females is chaired by Professor Elizabeth Aba Bentil Andam. Other members are Col. Tim Ba-taa-Banah, Prof. Isabella A. Quakyi, Mr. Daniel A.N.N Adumuah, Mr. Ebenezer Appiah-Sampong, Prof. Edward H.K Akaho and Dr. Nii K. The Ministry of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation’s [MESTI] Chief Director, Mrs. Cynthia Asare Bediako and the Special Advisor to the Minister, Mr. Oliver Boakye, hosted a five-member delegation from the United Nations Development Programme [UNDP] in Accra last Friday, August 19, 2022 for talks on a youth entrepreneurial support intervention.   The Minister for Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESTI), Dr. ​Kwaku Afriyie (MP) has stressed the need for Ghana to create the needed awareness as well as build the capacity of key stakeholders, on the provisions of the Nagoya Protocol.
