GHANA LOSES SUPREME COURT JUDGE - JUSTICE SAMUEL MARFUL-SAU 11th AUGUST, 2021

The sad news of the death of Justice Samuel Marful-Sau, one of Ghana’s Supreme Court judges hit both traditional media portals and several social media platforms late afternoon this Wednesday August 10, 2021. He was 64 years old. 

Late Justice-Marful-Sau    

Justice Marful-Sau was part of the seven [7] justices empaneled by the Chief Justice that heard and passed judgment on the Ghanaian 2020 Election Petition brought before the Court by ex-President John Dramani Mahama.

Late Justice Marful-Sau got appointed to Ghana’s apex Court – the Supreme Court in 2018 by current President H.E Nana Akufo-Addo.
