A shea butter factory is earmarked to be constructed in the Bongo District of the Upper East Region, under President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s government’s flagship business intervention policy, One-District One-Factory [1D1F]. The Bongo main lorry station in the Bongo District of the Upper East Region is to receive a face lift with the tarring of its whole floor space with pavement blocks and the construction of 10 lockable stores in the premises. Since inauguration in 1991, the lorry station has not seen any renovation or expansion works. Bongo DCE, Hon.
